The leather this holster is made of is a moldable leather. In order to
quickly customize your holster simply do the following:

With the gun out of the holster heat the holster with a hair dryer
While still hot insert the gun into the holster.
With just your finger tips press the leatherinto the gun.
Repeat as needed to desired fit.
